Thursday 12th March 6-7.30 Zoom. The final session in the CWO cycle , for Re-listers and those who think they are ready to apply now. It includes; How to present your experience as political and how to articulate your leadership and skills. What might the new expectations of the candidates department be? Understand how your political CV helps you shape your approach to interviews and getting on the candidates list.  Being honest about your weaknesses and if you are really ready. You will be expected to submit a short 2 page political CV in advance of the session (please, NOT your application for seats CV). This course provides a useful understanding of your skills, your authentic motivations, and what leadership you have. It helps you develop self awareness over your growth and if you are really ready to get back on the list.  The link will be sent out on the day. Numbers are limited for this course but it will be repeated.
