The case for equality at home and at work has rarely been stronger. The coronavirus pandemic has exposed many of the residual inequalities in our society and economy: data shows how key workers have been neglected and how women are picking up the load of childcare and home schooling.
2020 has shown many of us that wellbeing and care are central to our everyday lives but this isn’t how the economy is currently measured. In this short session we will explore how these ideas about inclusion and community can create policy for a more inclusive economy.
Please note this event is free and open to all but registration is mandatory. You will need to sign up for the Conservative Party Conference 2020 to attend this event. Joining instructions will follow at the weekend.Book Event
