CWO South East Annual Dinner with Penny Mordaunt MP

A fantastic chance to catch up with CWO friends and make new ones, at our Gala Dinner. We are excited to announce that our guest speaker is Penny Mordaunt MP – Lord President of the Council and Leader of the House of Commons.

The event is being held at an exclusive London Club with easy access by public transport (closest underground station Piccadilly Circus). 

Penny Mordaunt has been the MP for Portsmouth North since 2010. In 2014, Penny joined the government as a Minister in Local Government. In 2015 she was made the Minister for Armed Forces, the first woman to hold this position. In 2016, she was appointed as Minister of State for Disabled People, Health and Work. In November 2017, she was promoted again into her first cabinet position as Secretary of State for International Development and subsequently became Secretary of State for Defence, again the first woman to hold the post.
