Developing a political CV, 20261028

Wednesday 28th October. 6-7.30. £30 The final session in the CWO cycle , for those who think they are ready to apply now, or who are thinking about seat selections for the first time. It includes; How to present your experience as political, dont forget the personal, and how to articulate your leadership and skills. Understand how your political CV helps you shape your approach to getting on the candidates list, seat selection interviews, or just leadership roles in general in work or politics.  Being honest about your weaknesses and how to understand them is vital as well as clear as to your successes. You will be expected to submit a short 2 page political CV in advance of the session (please, NOT your application for seats CV). This course provides a useful understanding of your skills, your authentic motivations, and what leadership you have. It helps you develop self awareness over your growth and if you are really ready to get back on the list.  The link will be sent out on the day. Numbers are limited for this course but it will be repeated. CWO receives no money to deliver these sessions, and although we don’t make any profit, we need to cover our costs for this interactive session, there is therefore a charge for this session of £30.
