Digital Media training for all 17032026

Tuesday March 17th, 6-7 Free on zoom: Social Media Training Session
This session will be led by Kieran James, CCHQ’s digital media lead for the South East.
All candidates, Parliamentary, Council, and incumbent MPs, as well as Associations, are now expected to run their own social media across Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram and TikTok. Kieran will cover the essentials: how to plan and structure your social media presence, how often to post, how to create simple piece to camera and how to add subtitles, and why registering your accounts correctly is crucial for targeted campaigning.
After the session, you will be asked to record a short piece to camera (under 50 secs) with subtitles and send it to Fleur and Susan. The more you practise speaking to camera, the more natural it becomes.
